An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number is required to return any product to PCL. PCL reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized return.

An RMA number can be obtained by calling the PCL Customer Service Department 401-334-4646 between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday. Only items purchased directly from PCL by the requestor will be issued a PCL RMA number. In instances where products have been provided or sold by a third party contact that provider for return information and resolution.

Please have the following information available when calling to obtain an RMA from PCL:

• Customer name, address, telephone, fax and e-mail address.
• Item ID (found on carton, packing slip or instruction sheet); Applicable purchase order number for item and/or freight tracking information.
• A detailed description of the reason for return.

An RMA number will then be issued. RMA numbers will be valid for 30 (thirty) days from date issued. If special circumstances require a longer timeframe, please contact PCL’s Customer Service Department.

The item to be returned to PCL must have its RMA number marked clearly on two sides of the outside of the shipping package.  Failure to do so may result in refusal of the shipment or a delay in processing.

PCL reserves the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee for any item whose return is for reasons beyond PCL’s control. All returns are to be sent back freight prepaid unless otherwise approved in advance by PCL. Additionally, goods should be sent back in original, or if not available, adequate packaging to prevent damage in transit. Goods damaged in transit may warrant additional repair and/or restocking fees.

No credit will be issued in instances of irreparable damage to the merchandise. PCL reserves the right to issue final determination as to the merchandise’s saleable condition.
